Our rates are very competitive. Transcription services generally charge from $2.50-$6.00 per audio minute. Our rates average about $1.50 per audio minute but because we charge by the word, you only pay for what is actually transcribed. Nor do we charge additional fees for multiple speakers, as do most transcription services. Our policy is to give you an excellent value.

We transcribe audio, video and/or computer files of all kinds as well as non-digital media.

Standard file output options include Microsoft Word or PDF; more options are available to meet your needs.

Rates:

1 – ¼ cent/word. 2 to 5 business days, depending on size of work order.*

IN A HURRY? Choose our Rush Delivery option for a small fee and we'll guarantee a quick delivery. 24 to 48 hours.

* Poor audio quality may be transcribed at slightly higher fee.

How It Works:

We receive your audio/video file, either by downloading the file from your site or via a secure link that we will provide in an email to you, or for analog media, by mail service; it's your preference. The completed transcribed file will be sent to you by email attachment, per your instructions, in MS Word, .PDF, or any format that you require.
